These terms govern SMS messages sent by RoaringRep on behalf of our partner businesses (local service businesses including spas, salons, dental and veterinary practices, home services, auto repair, and similar appointment-based businesses).
RoaringRep sends automated SMS messages to clients of our partner businesses for the purpose of collecting post-visit feedback and requesting Google reviews. Messages are sent on behalf of the business you visited, from a dedicated 10-digit local phone number assigned to that business.
You are receiving these messages because you provided your mobile phone number to a business you visited and consented to receive SMS follow-up messages. Consent is collected at the point of service — typically via a checkbox on an intake form or booking confirmation that reads:
"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from [Business Name] via RoaringRep regarding your recent visit, including requests for feedback and reviews. Message frequency: up to 3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
We do not send messages to anyone who has not provided express written consent through this process.

The sequence stops automatically as soon as you respond, leave a review, or opt out.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent. Your opt-out is permanent and applies to all future messages from that business's number.
Other accepted opt-out keywords: CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.
