Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

No contract — month-to-month only. Cancel anytime by emailing us with 30 days' notice. You keep full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Refund policy: The $200 setup fee is fully refundable within 14 days if we haven't finished setting things up yet. Monthly fees after go-live are non-refundable (that month's work is already done), but you can cancel anytime going forward.

When do my clients actually get the email?

By default, 2 hours after their appointment ends. You can change this — common options are 30 minutes, 4 hours, or the next morning at 10am. Whatever feels right for your clients.

We never send before 9am or after 8pm in the client's time zone, and never on Sundays unless you want us to.

Who do the emails come from — my business, or RoaringRep?

Your business. Emails are branded as you — your name, logo, and colors — so to your clients it simply looks like you followed up. Replies come straight back to your inbox.

We handle the email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) during setup so your messages land in the inbox, not the spam folder.

Is this legal? Do you follow email and privacy rules?

Yes. We follow US anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM): every email is a genuine follow-up to a real customer of yours, clearly identifies your business, and carries a one-click unsubscribe. Anyone who opts out is removed instantly and never emailed again.

Messages stay on-brand and don't include sensitive details. All client data is encrypted and stored securely. On the Pro plan, we can sign a formal privacy agreement if your business needs one.

Do you write responses to my reviews too?

Right now we focus on getting you more reviews and catching unhappy customers before they post publicly. Replying to reviews is something you do in your own words, in your own Google account. Automated review responses aren't part of the service today.

How quickly will I see results?

Based on a typical local service business doing around 200 visits per month:

First week live: new Google reviews start coming in as your happy clients get a one-tap path straight to your Google page.
Month 1: Google star rating usually creeps up because unhappy clients are being redirected to your private form instead of posting publicly.
Month 3: Most clients see 3–8x more total reviews than before, and start showing up in Google searches they weren't appearing in.

These are real averages — not guarantees. Results depend on your visit volume and how happy your clients already are.

How long does setup take? What do I need to do?

Usually just a few days from signup to live — no carrier approval or phone-number provisioning to wait on. We set up your branded email, authenticate your sending domain, build your one-tap Google review link, and connect your booking software.

Your part: fill out a 10-minute intake form (business name, logo, Google profile link, a short description), hop on two 30-minute calls with us, and confirm a test email to your own inbox before we go live. That's it.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, anytime — up or down. No fees, no prorated charges. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade, new features are ready within 24 hours.

Who runs this? Is it just automated software?

RoaringRep is built and run by Carter Monaco. You talk to a real person during onboarding, whenever you have a question, and on your monthly call (Pro). The day-to-day runs automatically, but a human writes your copy, sets your voice, and picks up the phone when something needs attention.
